Music
Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani is a period drama that highlights family politics in a royal house. Spanning three seasons, its quality production features great chemistry between leads. Additionally, there are numerous unique characters present.
Drashti Dhami and Siddhant Karnick star in this show as Gayatri and Ranaji respectively, with Gayatri being considered manglik and Ranaji being traumatised after losing his first wife; gradually they form an affinity.
This show revolves around the struggles, hopes, aspirations, and insecurities of Indian royalty and is both engaging and sometimes confusing to watch. While its plot has the potential to become riveting thriller-fantasy entertainment, its lack of depth unfortunately keeps viewers disengaged from watching regularly.
Cast
This show boasts impressive sets, such as an exquisite palace, flowing staircases and handcrafted wooden furniture. Additionally, its cast is quite impressive, with Drashti Dhami and Siddhant Karnick making their television comebacks after some time away.
The story centers around Rana Indravardhan Singh Deo, who is the royal prince of Ameerkot. After experiencing many misfortunes, he is saved from further trouble by Gayatri Seth (Gopal Seth’s daughter).
